Jeffrey D. Lyon appeals both his sentence and his conviction of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(C) and 846 (1988) and distribution of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) (1988) and (b)(1)(C).
