This action is in equity to impress a trust on the advertising account of the Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Company, a client of the defendant agency, and to procure an accounting for a share of the profits of defendant’s business on the theory that plaintiff was a joint adventurer with the defendant in its entire business from July 1, 1929, to June 30, 1930.
