MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.
This is a personal injury case brought against the purchaser of the company, which manufactured the machine that allegedly caused plaintiff’s injuries. The machine was sold to plaintiff’s employer in 1961, and plaintiff Hugo Alberto Bazan was-injured in an industrial accident in 1966. Plaintiff has also sued the actual manufacturer of the ma chine in an action dealt with by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Bazan v. Kux Machine Co., 52 Wis.2d 325, 190 N.W.2d 521 (1971).
