The defendants have appealed from an order overruling a demurrer to a bill for specific performance of a land contract. ' The bill alleges that the complainants are copartners, engaged in the business of buying and selling land, and that their method is to secure options, and then seek purchasers, to whom they contract the land, afterwards completing their own purchase.
