Plaintiff Leanda Muhonen brought claims against her former employer Cingular Wireless Employee Services, LLC (“Cingular”) and the union of which she was a member, Communications Workers of America Local 7200 AFL-CIO CLC (“Local 7200”), for breach of the collective bargaining agreement between Cingular and Local 7200 and breach of the duty of fair representation. Defendants each moved for summary judgment, and United States Magistrate Judge Steven E. Rau recommended that the motion be granted.…
