ORDER

JUSTICE, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Carlos Crump, Sharon Jeffrey, and Wintress Finch, instituted this civil action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against the Gilmer Independent School District, alleging that they are being unconstitutionally denied a high school diploma and the right to participate in their high school graduation ceremony. Plaintiffs seek a temporary restraining order mandating that the high school allow them to participate in the graduation ceremony, which is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. this evening.
