STEELE, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ Request for Reconsideration of Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion for Trial Setting in Selma, Alabama (doe. 23).
On December 4, 2006, plaintiff Bartron-ics, Inc. initiated this patent infringement lawsuit by filing its Complaint (doc. 1) against defendants Power-One, Inc. and Magnatek, Inc. in this District Court.
