HIGHERS, Judge.

This appeal arises out of a final decree of divorce entered by the Chancery Court at Payette County terminating the parties’ five and one-half year marriage. The trial court, after a hearing without a jury, awarded the divorce to the husband. The wife brought the instant appeal claiming that the trial court erred (1) in failing to award the divorce to her; (2) in failing to impose sanctions against the husband for his admitted perjury; (3) in its division of marital property, and concomitantly, in its determination of the separate property of the parties; and, (4) in its…
