The first three assignments of error relate to the admission of testimony.

The admission of the testimony of Burton S. Hills is error. The recital by the judge in the finding of the existing conditions which determined its admissibility, is incomplete, but the record contains a full statement of those conditions, certified by the judge, and the recital in the finding may be read in the light of this statement.
