This is an appeal from an order granting a writ of mandamus commanding appellant, as County Schooi Superintendent of Freestone County, Texas, to approve a school trustees’ check or voucher drawn on the County Depository of that county. The voucher was dated May 12, 1949, was *565payable to the order of appellees in the sum of $500.00 and was duly signed by the trustees of St. Elmo Common School District No. 46, hereafter referred to as St. Elmo.
