This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction. The order was entered in a suit attacking the validity of cértain proceedings had in an effort to establish and operate a rural high school district under the provisions of Chapter 19A of Title 49, Vernon’s Tex.Civ.Stats.- The suit was brought by appellees, Streetman Independent ■ School District, St. Elmo Common School District No. 46, their several trustees and certain taxpaying citizens, against appellants, Fairfield Independent School District, Bürnet’s Chapel Common School District No. 35, Fairfield…
