SENTENCING MEMORANDUM

ADELMAN, District Judge.

Defendant Robert Waehowiak, Jr. was a twenty-four year old music student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (“UWM”) when, on December 20, 2004, FBI agents executed a search warrant at his home and seized his computer, which contained hundreds of images of child pornography. An agent in Florida had discovered defendant’s pornography collection through a peer to peer file sharing network using “Limewire,” a software program.
