In March 2006, defendant-appellant Robert Darway pled guilty to one count of receipt and distribution of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2). The district court sentenced Darway to 108 months imprisonment, varying downward from Darway’s Sentencing Guidelines range of 151 to 188 months imprisonment.
