¶ 1 This is a pro se appeal nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following Appellant’s conviction on the charge of conspiracy to commit escape. Appellant contends (1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain Appellant’s conviction; (2) the Commonwealth used its challenges to strike African-American women from the jury in violation of Batson v.
