ABC, Inc., (“ABC”) brought this diversity action against Nameloc, Inc., (“Name-loc”) in the United States District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas seeking specific performance of an asset purchase and sale agreement (“the agreement”) involving a radio station. Now before us is an appeal by Nameloc from three orders of the district court finding Nameloc in contempt of court and ordering it to pay attorneys’ fees and costs. ABC, Inc. v.
