MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALESIA, District Judge.
In this bankruptcy appeal appellants/former counsel for debtors, Daniel M. Pellic-cioni, Francis X. Grossi, Jr., and Michael L. Molinaro of Katten, Muchin & Zavis (collectively “appellants”) challenge two final orders entered by Judge John H.
