Williams, J.), rendered October 22, 1985, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10 [2] [a]) and sentencing him as a second violent felony offender to an indeterminate term *557of 5 to 10 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
