James Sullivan appeals from his convictions on jury verdicts of guilty to the crimes of statutory rape in the first degree, former RCW 9A.44.070(1), and indecent liberties, RCW 9A.44.100(l)(b). The victim was an 11-year-old girl, a member of Sullivan's household. The other members of the household included Sullivan, his wife, and the victim's siblings.
