MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
NORDBERG, District Judge.
Plaintiff W.H. Brady Co. (“Brady”) and defendant Lem Products, Inc. (“Lem”) both manufacture wire marking systems. In its complaint, Brady contends that Lem has infringed and continues to infringe Brady’s trademarks in the color blue, which Brady uses on its wire marker cards, and in the alpha-numeric designations B-184 and B-500, which Brady uses to designate certain aluminum foil and vinyl cloth wire markers.
