This case involves claims by the plaintiff Rosalind Krasner (“Krasner” or the “Plaintiff’) of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment against The Episcopal Diocese of Long Island (the “Diocese”), Church of the Advent (the “Church”), Reverend Jeffrey Krantz (“Krantz”), and Reverend Ken Sybesma (“Sybesma”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”) and the New York Human Rights Law, N.Y.
