This case came to be heard upon the verified Petition of Robert H. Miller, Regional Director of Region 20 of the National Labor Relations Board, herein called “Petitioner” or “Board”. The Board’s Petition, supported by affidavits and exhibits, seeks an injunction abating alleged unfair labor practices, pursuant to Section 10(l) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151, et seq., herein called the “Act”, pending final disposition of the Board’s unfair labor practice com*575plaint.
