This case arises from a petition of the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for issuance of a preliminary injunction under § 10(Z) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(Z), against Local 70 of the Brotherhood of Teamsters & Auto Truck Drivers (“Teamsters”) to enjoin activity allegedly proscribed by NLRA § 8(b)(4)(B), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(4)(B).
