This case arises from a helicopter crash in the Gulf of Mexico. Plaintiffs are the immediate family members of the pilot who died in the crash. Defendants Euro-copter, S.A. and American Eurocopter Corporation (collectively “Eurocopter Parties”) filed a third party complaint against Petroleum Helicopters, Inc. (“PHI”).
