After a jury trial, Karen White Isenhower was convicted of loitering upon school premises (OCGA § 20-2-1180) and criminal trespass (OCGA § 16-7-21 (b)).1 She appeals, arguing that the evidence is insufficient to sustain her conviction for loitering upon school premises, that she received ineffective assistance of counsel, and that the trial judge erred in refusing to give a requested jury charge and in improperly commenting on the evidence.
