PER CURIAM: *
River Oaks Management, Inc. (“River Oaks”) appeals the district court’s grant of a declaratory judgment that its workers’ compensation policy issued by Bridgefield Casualty Insurance Company (“Bridge-field”) did not provide coverage for an employee accident that occurred in Mississippi because River Oaks did not notify Bridgefield of its operations in that state. Because there is a genuine issue of material fact as to whether Bridgefield waived its right to deny coverage for River Oaks’ failure to comply with the notice requirement, we REVERSE the judgment of the district court…
