OPINION

{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Appellant, Christine Winslow, appeals the decision of the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, that granted permanent custody of her daughter, M.W., to the Belmont County Department of Job and Family Services. On appeal, Winslow argues that the trial court erred when it found that her child was dependent.
