delivered the opinion of the court.
Appellee, as administratrix of her deceased husband, recovered a judgment against appellants for $3,500 for negligently causing the death of appellee’s intestate. Appellants owned and operated an electric light, railway and power plant in the city of Freeport, the electricity for which was. generated by appellants at their power house and distributed over their wires to the various parts of the city for both public and private use. At the intersection of Liberty and Spring streets the building known as the car barn was located.…
