In this appeal, Ronald Eagley challenges the superior court’s determination of his income for the purpose of calculating child support under Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 90.3.

FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Ronald and Linda Eagley were divorced in August 1987. In the Child Custody and Property Settlement Agreement approved by the court, the parties agreed upon joint legal custody of their minor child, Rae Anne Eagley, born January 8, 1977.
