The complainant is a creditor of the Kittitas Valley National Bank, an insolvent national hanking association, in the hands of a receiver appointed by the comptroller of the currency, having proved and established his claim for the amount of $1,764.05, no part of which has been paid; and the object of this suit is to obtain an injunction to prevent the payment of dividends on a claim of the defendant Gatlin, as receiver of the Oregon National Bank, on the ground that said claim is fraudulent as to other creditors, for the reason that the same has been allowed by the…
