The plaintiff has made a motion to remand the above-entitled ease to the state court. The facts which are essential to a proper understanding of the questions involved are contained in the complaint and petition to remove, and are substantially as follows:
The First National Bank of Florence, S. C., became insolvent, and a receiver was appointed by the Comptroller of the Currency, under the act of Congress (Comp.
