MUNLEY, District Judge.
Before the court for disposition is an appeal of Bankruptcy Judge John J. Thomas’ opinion that grants the summary judgment motion of Plaintiffs Lincoln Trust and Wendell William Mercer (hereinafter “plaintiffs”) concerning the dis-chargeability of certain debts of Clifford K. Parker (hereinafter “debtor”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (4) and (6).
