Dora Steinberg (Mrs. Steinberg) petitions for review from an order of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare (DPW) that upheld the order of the DPW Bureau of Hearings and Appeals (Bureau) which denied Mrs. Stein-berg medical assistance and nursing home care benefits (assistance) 1 until October 1, 1998.
