SIBLEY, Circuit Judge.
Appellant is the insurance carrier for Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation as respects liability for compensation to employees for industrial accidents under the laws of Texas. Appellee Rhine was an employee of Consolidated in its airplane factory at Fort Worth who in the course of his employment received an injury by crushing of his left shoulder, arm and side by the fall upon him of a heavy table on July 6, 1943.
