The appellant, as plaintiff, sued the appellees, as defendants, before a justice of the peace of Kosciusko county, Indiana, on a promissory note executed by the appellees to the order of the appellant.

On the trial before the justice, there was a finding and judgment in favor of the appellant, and against the appellees, for the sum of one hundred and twenty-six dollars and fifty cents, and the costs of suit.
