This was an action by the appellee against the appellants, to recover the value of 11,250 pounds of pork, sold and delivered by him to them.
The defendants answered — 1. In denial; 2. Payment; 3. That the defendants delivered to the plaintiff, the note of jRichard Tyner for 400 dollars, which the plaintiff received in full satisfaction of the claim; 4.
