This is the second chapter in this federal securities fraud saga. The first chapter ended with the dismissal in part of the original complaint ("OC"). Specifically, the § 10(b) claim in the OC was dismissed with leave to amend because the facts alleged therein did not give rise to the statutorily required "strong inference" of scienter. Knurr v.
