This matter is before the Court on the motion for dismissal and summary judgment filed by Defendants the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”) against the Plaintiff-Intervenors Michigan Attorney General and Department of Treasury (collectively, “State Plaintiffs”).
