Holiday v. City of Moses Lake

¶1 The city of Moses Lake (City) appeals an order finding it disobedient of the superior court’s earlier writ of prohibition forbidding it from taking enforcement action against Anthony and Pam Holiday for their use of a lot adjacent to their home for parking. The Holidays cross appeal the superior court’s decision not to hold the City in contempt or award them their attorney fees and costs connected to enforcing the writ.
