—In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DiNoto, J.), dated June 29, 1998, as denied her motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and to cancel the lis pendens filed by the plaintiffs.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
