Jo Ann Donaldson (Donaldson) appeals from the Butler County Common Pleas Court’s (trial court) June 24, 2014 order affirming the Butler County Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Panel’s (ADR Panel) Findings of Fact, Conclusions and Determination (Determination) upholding Donaldson’s discharge from her employment with the Butler County (County) Area Agency on Aging (Agency).
