Plaintiff recovered judgment for twenty-five hundred dollars, damages alleged to have been sustained by reason o£ the negligence of defendant while in its employ as a lineman. Defendant has appealed from the judgment and the order denying its motion for a new trial. The controlling question here is as to whether or not the injury was proximately caused by defendant’s negligence.
