DGM Investments, Inc. (“DGM”), Triumph-WEF Venture LLC (“Triumph-WEF”), DGM Trading Specialist Fund LLC (“DGM-TSF”), Triumph Futures Fund Ltd. (“TFF”), Triumph Premier Traders Ltd.
