Badt, J.:

Appellant was convicted on October 7, 1948, in Clark County, Nevada, of the crime of obtaining money under false pretenses, committed September 20, 1946. He has appealed from the judgment and from the order denying his motion for a new trial. The sole point presented to this court in support of the appeal is that the indictment, by which the defendant was charged, fails to allege sufficient facts to constitute a criminal offense.
