Collins, C. J.:

This is an appeal from a jury finding of appellant’s guilt of the crime of attempted burglary. We affirm the conviction.

On March 5, 1969, at the B-Gay Motor Lodge in Reno, Nevada, Norman E. Taber, owner and operator, was awakened by a buzzer at about 1:40 a.m. Taber turned the office lights on and observed a man standing with his back turned to the front door of the motel.
