JOSEPH F. ANDERSON, Jr., District Judge:
Antonio Benedi suffered severe liver damage allegedly as a result of combining Extra-Strength Tylenol and alcohol. Benedi filed suit against McNeil-P.P.C. (“McNeil”), the manufacturer of the drug, for negligent failure to warn of the possible dangers of mixing Tylenol with alcohol and for breach of implied warranties.
