JOHNSON, J.:
¶ 1 Roger Ellis Duncan appeals the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of Possession With Intent to Deliver (PWID), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended or Revoked. See 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30), (32); 75 Pa.C.S. § 1543(a) (respectively). Duncan contends that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress physical evidence seized during a search of his car on grounds that his consent was tainted and the search therefore illegal.
