Jamil Abdallah Masoud Nasan, an Israeli citizen, files this suit seeking review of a decision made by the Department of Immigration and Naturalization denying him adjustment in his status from that of a non-immigrant visitor for pleasure to that of a permanent resident pursuant to Section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1255.
