Plaintiffs, Antonio and Guiseppina Sestina Di Sanzo Padula, bring this action challenging the District Director’s denial of their request for an extension of time in which to voluntarily depart from this country. Plaintiffs contend that the District Director abused his discretion in denying their request for an extension of time.
