MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CONLON, District Judge.
Plaintiffs are eight elementary school students who, by their fathers, sued Officer Dale Long (“Officer Long”) in his individual capacity for an unreasonable search, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“ § 1983”). Additionally, plaintiffs sued Officer Long for false imprisonment, invasion of privacy, assault, and battery. Officer Long moved for summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims. On March 6, 2001, this court granted Officer Long’s motion with respect to plaintiffs’ state law claims, but denied his motion with respect to plaintiffs’ § 1983…
