MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Lauren Carlson (“Carlson”) and Natalie Halloran (“Halloran”) were students at Oak Forest High School (“Oak Forest”) in April of 2005. At that time, Defendant Rich Mitchell (“Mitchell”) was the Superintendent of Bremen High School District 228 (the “School District”), Defendant Lillie Holman (“Holman”) was Dean of Oak Forest, and Defendant Paige Shemoski (“Shemoski”) was a physical education teacher at Oak Forest.
